How do I pay Rent?

When you rent through Panoptic Realty – Paying your Rent is quick, easy, secure and convenient!
We are STRICTLY a cashless office.

Tenants can pay Rent by means of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a Trust Account (details are set out in your General Tenancy Agreement), OR by using our Macquarie Bank DEFT Payment System.

If you choose to use our DEFT Payment System, you can pay your rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using whichever method suits you best. You can pay online, over the phone or at no cost to you, by using BPAY!

BPAY: Biller Code 4481. If you pay by BPAY, no fees apply.
Credit Card:   Please go to or call 1300 301 090, (+61.2.8232.7395 from outside Australia). A surcharge will apply for Credit Card payments.
Direct Debit:

To arrange for your Rent to be direct debited out of your account please go to and follow the prompts. A small convenience fee of $0.85c will be charged to your nominated account per transaction if you choose the Direct Debit option.

When will Panoptic Realty receive my Rent Payment?

It is your responsibility to make sure that your Rent payment is successful and that Panoptic Realty receives your payment. Generally, successfully processed payments will be received by Panoptic Realty if the Rent payment is made 3 business days before the Due Date.

Other Fees: A fee may apply if your financial institution dishonours a payment. To find out why a payment was dishonoured please contact your financial institution.
